The following Terms and Conditions of Use shall govern the use of the websites www.juvalia.com and www.juvalia.in (“Websites”) The Websites are operated by Juvalia Marketing Private Limited. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before using the Websites. By using the Websites you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. The Websites may only be used in compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use. Juvalia shall reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.

Liability claims against Juvalia for the use of incorrect or incomplete information shall generally be excluded, unless Juvalia has acted with intent or gross negligence. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. For users active on a commercial basis the place of jurisdiction shall be Delhi, India.
In the event that any provisions hereunder should be wholly or partly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
